3. Can I order by phone, fax, on-line etc?

You can order products by method of mail order or on-line ONLY. We are unable to accept phone or fax orders. Our phone number is (323) 343-0760. 

3. I see an item I want to order but it is out of stock, can you notify me when it comes back in stock?

Yes, send us an e-mail at giftshop@coroner.lacounty.gov with the name of the item and your contact information or you can call us at (323) 343-0760. We will notify you as soon as the item becomes available in stock again. 

4. Do you ship orders out of the country?

Yes, we ship orders out of the country. For information on the shipping fees, please see “Shipping Policy ”.

5. How long will it take for me to receive my order?

If the merchandise is available and in stock at the time of ordering, it normally takes approximately 5-10 business days to process and ship your order. During holidays, orders may take longer due to the busy season. 

6. What are your most popular items?

Our most popular items are the Body Outline Beach Towels and the Coroner Tee Shirts.

7. What are your policies on returns or exchanges?

8. Does Skeletons In the Closet take back orders?

No back orders are accepted. Your order is taken while enough inventory is available. All Internet orders are final.

9. Why do I get a page with "your session is expired" message and lose ordered products in my shopping cart?

To properly maintain our product inventory, the system removes abandoned orders every half hour. Shopping carts of inactive uncompleted orders are cleared during the process. If you leave the session idle for more than 25 minutes during your shopping, you might come across the session expiration page. Please complete your purchase in a timely manner.
